The prices on this page include state sales tax of 6% and a 2% Manistee County Pillow Tax.
New Policy Changes: Since we are a small family-owned business, and have run into a few problems, we have had to change some of our policies. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation of a week or more. All other reservations are to be paid in full in advance. Less than 14 day prior to arrival date cancellation will result in loss of deposit. We will retain a 10% fee on all other cancellations to cover our paperwork. However, we will make every effort to fill the vacancy left by your cancellation and may be able to refund all or part of your deposit.
